Great Job

I went in for nail in tire. I had previously purchased these tires from this store. The got me taken care of quickly even though they were busy. It was also noted I was due for tire rotation, they kept me in line and got that done along with alignment.

6-15-17 , Store Manager in training, Phill Valdivia met me at my car before I even got parked. Very courteous, ask me if he could help me. We discussed the job to be done, he immediately checked tires for sensors, established what his staff would do and quoted me a very acceptable price. Immediately Alex went to work on it and within the proposed time from Phil, the job was done. The car was road tested, the invoice prepared and I was on my way. I am very impressed about the great service level. They scored a ( 10 ) in my book today. Phill also provided a map of other Big O tire locations in the country, as we were planning a road trip. NIce work, this level of customer service is hard to find these days. Thanks to all at Big O, 6th Street, Corona Calif.

I went in to have a slow leak in a tire checked. I was told there was a nail too close to the edge to repair it. And, also, that the front tires were pretty worn out. I received the buy 3 get 1 free offer on 4 tires :))

I use to go to Rancho Cucamonga as my primary store but didn't realize there was one closer in Corona. The service iat the Corona Service Center was just as great and most importantly trustworthy.
