Amazing fast professional service

I use to go to Big O all the time and recently went back for the first time in years. Service was great. Got 2 new tires plus some other needed work and my 2006 Honda runs great. Thanks guys!

The associates were helpful and explained any upcoming services that my vehicle will need with great detail even though it was extremely busy.

My issue is i am a customer for more than 20 years. All locations and any prior managers gave me the foupon price without asking as a courtesy for all my business. Your current manager tried to charge me 42.00 for an oil change. When i challenged the price because i knew what the coupon was, he told me he doesn't give it unless you produce it. He even kept trying to get me to spend more money on getting some upgraded oil change which no one has ever tried to do. I am going to change locations. He has no customer manners in my oponion. This is not the first experience with him but your store is no longer going to be mine.

I was experiencing a battery warning light and stopped in at my Big O store without an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in for a battery check and determined my 5 year old battery was in need of replacement. I was concerned as this a Mercedes Benz and I have never gotten service outside the dealer. I was surprised Big O had the right battery in stock. I had originally called AAA roadside assistance and they did not stock my battery on their truck. I was in and out in about 90 minutes and the car runs great! The technician and the service manager were great, kept me informed of the status several times during the process. I was very pleased with how I and my wife's Benz were treated. And the battery warranty is 1 year longer than AAA's batteries!
