The friendliness of the staff. The COVID safety measures they are taking and notifying us when the car will be ready and inviting us in briefly during inclement cold weather to warm up.

The service I received was Above and Beyond... no better words to describe it. They went W-A-Y out of their way to assist me in getting and putting on a new set of tires. Jim hunted until he found reputable tires at a price I could afford and then juggledhis schedule to accomodate an outside commitment I had in order to make sure my tires were on before the next rainstorm hit. Honestly, I actually felt as if they were treating me like a member of their family. Courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and friendly. What more could anyone want?

She did not upsell only educated me and informed me in a patient manner of services needed and my options if I chose to have them done. Pricing and swiftness of Labor

From the moment I walked in with a flat tire to the moment I left with a repaired tire Alex and the rest of the staff were great. Thank you for helping. Also a big thank you for having your little play area definitely helped to keep my 2 year old busy while we waited for my car.

Great Customer Service

The people I interacted with were very cool. I related to both of them and I feel taken care of . I did not catch the gentleman's name but Jenneva Nelson's name is right on the invoice. To give him credit I remember the gent and I chatted briefly about flack jackets and he mentioned being in the military. So yes a good experience. I feel confident I was not hustled. I bought the roadside protection or whatever that is called. I am also returning tomorrow for camber adjustment as I brought in wheels and put them on at home.
