Service Mgr Jenneve Nelson was extremely knowledge in explaining the process of purchasing tires and services offered by Big O Tires. I was not sure if my 2012 Toyota Venza required a well alignment once the tires were installed. She explained in detail the "before "alignment and why a wheel alignment was necessary. Along with the tire purchase, tire rotation was also offered free of charge every 5,000 miles. Kudos to Geneva Nilson.

They did a great job. Had me in and out in about a 1/2 hour.
