Big O Tires

Back in late March, Greg and his team went above and beyond to help us with a major tire problem. We were traveling from Santa Barbara to participate in the Valencia Trail Race (https://valenciatrailrace.com) and encountered a flat tire on our BMW i3. We were losing air fast and knew that without a fix, we would be stranded and would not make the race the following day, much less make it back home to SB. Just before closing time, we stopped in at Big O Tires desperate for a replacement tire. Greg was fantastic and immediately sprung into action getting us the unique tire size we needed - shipped and fixed in less than 24 hours. All in all, we had a successful trail run and made it back home safely on a brand new tire. Big O Tires in Valencia is your 'Go-To' Team for any and all tire needs. These guys really helped me out of a jam with emergency repairs. So appreciated that they were open on Sunday & quick about getting it done. The manager, Brandon, was awesome. So nice & made sure my son's car was safe. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
