Big O Tires

A co-worker recommended them. To my chagrin the guys were very polite and rendered outstanding customer service. I rate them 20 on a scale of 1-10!

Every time I bring my car to Big O, in Aliso Viejo, I always leave feeling like they are taking care of me, not just my car. I know my car will be safe and it was in good hands.

They made my worries of no concern after they helped me switch out a tire with a screw in it! I told them I had a new puppy at home and they did such a great job to accommodate my crazy schedule.

Armando waited on me. He was very professional, understood what I needed and ordered just what I wanted. Just a very nice man to work with. Went through all the details of the sale with me and even arranged for a ride. He made a new customer for Big O Tires. I will be back. In fact,all the employees I came in contact with were very nice. Great store!

All arrangement for oil change was very smooth along with recommend / advice which my car may need to fix. Manager, Juan Lopez, is very knowledgeable and helpful.......and friendly though need little bit more Smile!!! Regarding waiting area. It is recommendable if you could build a partition between waiting area and restroom entrance door. By this your customers feel more relax atmosphere , I think, during waiting time.

Appointment for alignment only took 20 minutes and fixed very out of aligned tires.

Had a nail in my tire and went to 2 other tire places. Both seats they could do it and wanted me to buy a new tire. K pulled up to big o tire and was greeted by ARMANDO right away and ask me if I needed any help. He was very polite and professional. My tire was fixed within 30 minutes!! Thank you very much ARMANDO and the team!!!!

George - the manager at the Aliso Viejo location was stellar from start to finish. He exceeded the timelines he estimated and went an above and beyond in explaining the issues with my vehicle. He saved me money where he could and even sent a Lyft to pick me up when my car was ready. I have already recommended this location (and George specifically) to my daughter for upcoming work needed on her car.

The sales person was very helpful and friendly to meet my needs.

I needed 4 tires which were ordered for me. During the car inspection, the techs found a problem with the lower control arms and ball joints. George, the manager showed me the problem using the models in the store. This was fixed by replacing them. I was always treated with courtesy and not talked down to which I appreciated. This was my first time at this Big O Tires store, although I had bought a tire in the past for another car. I had problems with the Nissan dealer where I had been going for 10 years. They didn't honor the warranty on the tires I had bought from them and also charged me for an unnecessary service I had already had done with them. I hope Big O Tires and I have a better relationship!
