The staff at this location are extremely helpful and professional. They changed the oil in my car and made recommendations for replacement tires based upon different price points. I would highly recommend Big O Tires.

They got me right in. They explained that I needed a new tire due to a bent 3-inch nail & couldn't just repair it. They didn't try to upsell me. They were also courteous to my young kids.

Corey, the gentleman at the location was excellent. As I waited for my servicing of the car, I listened how he honestly and thoroughly explained service and prices and times with everyone. He was outstanding in handling all customers. Excellent customer service!

Friendly, courteous and efficient service

I had gotten a flat tire at work and I had to get a new tire, it was a saturday which is a super busy day. They got me in and out in an hour, they were able to squeeze me in so I could get to work on time. They also checked to see if the tire was fixable before putting on a new tire. Everyone was super friendly, and made me feel like they really cared. I will come back for all of my auto needs.

First time to BIG "O", great service, friendly staff. Juan was very professional in handling the transaction. He works the front office, but answered all my questions about repair issues. I had extensive work done, and the mechanic was flawless and honest. Prices are very reasonable. Thanks!
