My passnger side headlight was dead and I went to Big O to replace a couple of nights ago. Juan was there helping everyone that came in, or who called. I wasn't sure if they would have a replacement or could do it in the last hour. But, Juan said they had a replacement and could get it done. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Kudos to Juan and the Big O Tires team!

George in the office was personable and knowledgeable. He explained my options carefully and explained why I needed certain services. After the service he went over what was done with me. He gave me his card in case I needed help with anything. It was a good experience and I'll be going back for future services.

I was travelling from Canada and had a flat tire , I just showed up , they were able to accommodate me!, very friendly & understanding. Tire repaired in less time than quoted . I'm very happy!

When I called to make my appointment, I spoke with George. Not only did he take the time to help, I was able to send him pictures of my tires to see what to do. When I came in for my appointment, Todd helped me. He was amazing! Helpful and really nice. I have already raved to anyone who will listen on how great Big O is!
