The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. I was given a ride to my home & back to the shop after my car servicing. My initial need was for tires but after discussing the condition of my brakes & wiper blades I went ahead & replaced both plus adding a wheel alignment as well.

I requested a quote to replace all 4 tires with a similar brand and received a total that was very competitive. When it comes time to replace my tires I will definitely be going to BigO. Very pleased with the speed of the service.

I had a simple request with no plans to add on any more services. The Counter person was honest about my Truck and its needs. It is an older model 20 yrs. There was a mild sales pressure but I appreciate it . I am a returning customer with a CC account . Will be back.

BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE

The sales associate was very informative and attentive to the timing of the tire repair.

I had a screw in one tire and needed it fixed before work. I tried a competitor but they were not open early. I pulled in and was helped immediately. The Customer service was excellent. The work was done quickly and professionally. Thanks!
