Big O Tires

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and had to keep putting air in the tire every other day. I took my car to Big O tires, the man found the leak, fixed it & we were outta there in less than 30 minutes! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! We recently moved to Carlsbad & we will be coming back for our car needs, Great Job!! Roxy :)

Brent Storms, the owner, greets me by name (I know it is on the appointment screen, but still.......). The technician who worked on my car also asked about an odd noise under the hood he had fixed.......over a year ago! I feel that my business is important to them and that great customer service is not an accident.
