I came in to get a nail removed from my tire. I ended up leaving with a new set of tires (it was about time anyways). Pricing was great, customer service was great, and the service was completed in a timely manner. I had no appointment and was able to get taken care of within 2 hours. I definitely recommend this location and the services they provide. Very satisfied customer.

I had a very pleasant experience conversing with Maroni the service adviser. He did explained to me in detail the work done in removing and replacing the Wheel Stud on the passenger side rear. Very satisfied with the work done.

On my last visit they discovered damage that was causing excessive tire wear and were able to correct the problem in short order. They helped me work with the insurance company to collect for the damage. GREAT SERVICE!!

The person who explained the problem was very thorough and precise in the explanation of work ,price and time it would take to perform the work.

Took my car in to have a flat tire repaired. Although they were very busy at the time they were able to repair the tire and get me going in a relatively fast time. Their staff was excellent.

being a senior citizen and being on a very limited budget, i had put off dealing with new tires. but finally one gave up and i was forced to deal with the problem. george at the tustin store was great. he advised me on what tires i could afford...THEN they discovered a problem that was a major hazard and advised me not to drive the car. he explained the situation with me and assisted in getting a line of credit to cover the cost of the repairs and the tires. he was patient in explaining everything. i will be going back next week for an oil change and will recommend the store to all my friends. thank you george.

I priced the oil change with many other dealers and service providers. Big O was the least expensive and included a tire rotation.

They superseded a competitor re:wheel alignment. Fantastic knowledge and years of experience: David and Duwayne.

I appreciated that Juan made sure I had the trailer tires I needed. He ordered and I brought my travel trailer in for the work I needed. Edgar did a great job replacing the old (and one blown) tires. He explained a few things to me when I asked. I was impressed with how well he did the job. Kudos to him and the older mechanic who was there to advise if needed (I wish I had his name - he's helped with other issues). The replacement was done quickly and with NO issues. Price was as quoted. This Big O is a "local" store (to my town) and I prefer supporting local businesses. Thanks to the great staff and management at this store.

Everyone was great and friendly

The facility was clean and organized, and the crew worked as a team to get me on my way. My questions were answered with walking over to the tires I had sent to the shop, and Juan and looked over the label.

Josh, I believe he is the manager, is aweims. Respectful, cordial chill guy. This guy makes me feel very welcome and confident the team is motivated to do good work. My only complaint is that I think customers with reservations should be serviced first before walk-ins. This just defeats the purpose of a reservation. I was taken care of despite this situation, and perhaps it was just for the morning shift. Overall I give this place a solid 99 out of 100. I still chose this place of jiffy lube, my dealer, or any other place even if they had lower pieces because of the customer service ... thank you josh and team
