Big O Tires

"�Big O works on my commercial van and automobile. It is great that they are open on Sundays since that is the only day, my commercial van is available for maintenance and repair. I like that they thoroughly check my vehicles for any problems and find their diligence saves me money in the long run.

I cannot give this location enough gratitude! They deserve more than 5 stars! I took my car in for 4 new tires, I let them know id like them to look at my breaks, and my oil. When they looked at my car they were honest with what I needed done. It would of been so easy for them to say I needed an oil change but I didn't need one and they said to check back in a month or two for that. They got the work done in a very timely manner. The gal upfront, I cannot spell her name is so helpful and the whole team I worked with (Garcia, Duanne, and Roger) are some of the nicest and honest men. Their customer service and work goes far above and beyond! I will continue taking my car and my company vehicles to them. I recommend this location for an honest quote for any work you may need done to your car! Thank you to everyone at Big-O Tustin for dealing with me and my car and making me feel safe back on the road!

Juan the manager was helpful, honest and efficient. The people who worked on the car were really good. I always get scared whether I am going to get ripped off. But I sensed that this office is genuine and honest.

Right from the beginning on the phone, my questions were answered and I was given the best deal for what I was looking for. I was given a price and that's exactly what I paid at the counter.

I am so grateful to Big O Tires Tustin for taking me in at the last minute on a Monday night. I had a nail in my tire and the tires were also all going bald. They helped me out with a full set of tires quick! Mishonda Kruis was the Service Manager that night and she was extremely friendly and helpful! I had no idea that buying a new set of tires included such a great warranty and that they would fill my tires and/or replace them as needed. Hurray for Big O Tustin!!

The service manager, Mishonda, was GREAT! She was able to get the tires I wanted delivered to her store quickly and the tires were installed the same day, along with badly needed alignment. Mishonda also arranged for Lyft to take me home and pick me up. :-)

MESHANDA GAVE ME REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I NEED TO GET MY BREAKS DONE SO SHE DID WHAT SHE COULD TO ACCOMMODATE ME IN AND GET ME ON MY WAY ON TIME EVEN THO FROM THE LOOKS OF IT THEY WERE PRETTY BUSY GOT IN AND OUT IN NO TIME PLUS SHE WAS PRETTY CUTE ID GO BACK JUST TO SEE HER WINK WINK LOL

I took my car to Big O tires in Tustin because my tire pressure light was on. I know nothing about cars, just how to drive it. The manager Juan is very helpful, I learned few things from him.

Person that helped me was very nice. Gave me a realistic timeline as to when the car would be completed, offered me a beverage, and even asked if the temperature in the room was ok. My service was completed faster than anticipated and all questions I had were answered. Great service and overall experience!

Mishonda was very helpful. She found my tire and had it delivered. When I got there, she had me out the door in 20 minutes. The service was exceptional.

Great service all around. From the check in to the call regarding brake service needs and great conversation at pick up.
