It's been a nightmare that's still not resolved. They put different shocks/struts on my truck than the ones I ordered and paid for, they put different auto trans fluid than the one I ordered and I was overcharged for 7.4 hrs when my truck was only there 6 hrs. When I asked about the shocks they said the ones I ordered (Tokico) were no longer available so they put KYBs on (without my permission) so I requested they reorder my 2nd choice Bilsteins. I was then without my truck for another full day so they could switch them out. I told them the truck was sputtering when changing gears and they said they would check it but I dont know if they did. I had paid for an 6month alignment after the first shocks/struts were installed but I couldnt get a straight answer as to whether they would realign after the switch out because they said their alignment machine wasnt working properly. When I picked up my truck they wouldnt give me any paperwork (warranty or invoice) so I have no idea still what they actually did or how much I overpaid for the shocks/struts (the Tokicos I paid for cost more than the Bilsteins). I was promised they would email me the paperwork on Monday but it never came. when I called yesterday I was told the manager Alex was no longer there but I would get the paperwork today, which again never came. My truck is still sputtering and now shaking at 60 mph. I would appreciate any help you can give me!

I need a Regional Manager to contact me about the damage to my vehicle. The lack of responsibility and poor follow up is something I never thought I would ever experience at a company like Big-O.

I had to file a complaint at corporate Report #452384. I was lied to by the store manager Aureliano Garcia on more than one occasion. Was promised a phone call from the District Manager by Mr. Garcia over 5 weeks ago. Still have not received a call regarding the new warranty for my second transmission that had be put in my car within 3 months. Requested an itemized list on 2nd rebuild and received a partial list. Left off Valve Body and pump that were NOT changed the first time in May. Had to wait 16 days for my car second time around in August because the shop failed the rebuild the first two times. The first transmission had only 8K miles before it failed. Second one is running ok but not perfect as I would expect it to be the second time in 3 months. I believe I have no choice but to contact corporate again and file another complaint and also resort to social media to get my point across. poor service: The tire pressure was set at 41psi and the pressure setting should have been set at 31psi.Had to reset the TPMS after reducing the pressure to 31psi.

I went to get a tire patched. I was told the year was in a place they could not patch and I would need a new tire to be ordered that was around $250. I didn't believe due to a slow leak I'd need an entirely new tire. I took my car to another auto shop with no issues they patched my tire for $15. I won't be back.

I found good price on bigotire website for my four tires. I visited this shop and gave key for do it. And I got phone call with $903 estimate for Tires, Timing Belt, Something else. Yes, I only wanted to get new tires. After I picked my car, went back home and felt tires are dancing and waiving around. I noticed Tire Weight was wrong. I brought back car for fix and shop did.BUT my feeling is like I am begging for fixing this!!! Weight installation is 101 of TIRE CHANGE. NEVER come again.

I had and major low air pressure read on my dashboard, so I drove my car into O Tires and was immediately greeted by "Spencer", a very well knowledge young man, who access my concern and found and object imbedded into my tire. He took care of me immediate and to our surprise the object was a drill bit! Hummm something possible from my husband drill when he works in our garage. So be careful if you drop something you better find it!

I went in for an alignment. The alignment was $69.00. They never set the caster alignment or any other secondary angles. So, it was incomplete although they charged me. Then they said that I needed front brakes and that would cost $560.00!!! Really? I said no, and went to well respected mechanic. He replaced the brakes, turned the rotors and packed the bearings using OEM American made mopar parts for $170.00 He also does alignment and pointed out what was not done. Even the steering wheel was crooked! He offered to correct everything for free! I said that I would contact Big O first. Then I decided to write this review. I believe that your store was understaffed and needing to get things done quickly. I also feel that I should be refunded for the shoddy work.

This location I can't say enough great things about them. Awesome Team in ALL aspects of customer service & courtesy, they deliver from start to finish & in-between. You talk about knowledge in their field of expertise, these are the go to guys! There's not 1 question I have thrown their way that they cannot answer, trust me, I know first hand I'm a sceptic & they been patient w/me over time! Are u kidding I refer 'em to everyone! Kudos Tustin, simply put.. you're like family!
