Big O Tires

They put the wrong spark plugs in my car!! Brought it back... And they Ordered the correct ones....WHY DIDN'T THEY ORDER THE CORRECT ONES IN THE FIRST PLACE!!? AND WHY DID THEY PUT IN THE WRONG ONES???

Told service writer what my issues were, Was told the cost to correct the issues. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Cost was less than nearby competitors.

At 8:15AM, I called ahead of time to make sure I could get an oil change within an hour time span. I called back at 9:15 and made a 9:45 appointment, I arrived on time, had to discuss the new oil they were going to use for the oil change my car is almost 4 yrs old and now they tell me they had previously used the wrong oil in my car. I was told at 10AM my car was going into the shop. I went next door for some breakfast came back 25minutes later my car is still parked. I complained they pulled in my car reassuring me that I would be done at 10:45. At 10:45 I saw my car with the hood asked if it was done, your service manager said yes, she then wants to charge me I asked about the inspection sheet she went to go look for it, then I see my car being taken back into the shop. I asked what's going on and she said , Oh they still need to do the tire rotation, I said I need to leave now forget the tire rotation. Your female service manager offered no apology, and to be honest she did not seem to know what she was doing. I am very dissatisfied with the service this time around, I have taken my car there for a lot of repairs in the past.

Did not receive a call to let me know my vehicle was ready when it was ready I Uber on my lunch hour to pick it up to only figured by the worker that the key was locked in the vehicle. Manager had employee use his tolls to unclock but only to have the employee break the lock

Great customer service!

This was the second oil change service in a row that I had at this location. Both times i had oil leaking underneath car and oil coming out from the hood after i got home/work. Service tech ofered to drive to my job to pick up my vehicle. I was informed that a gasget replacement was missed. Not sure of the reason for same incident on prior service. I called to check status on vehicle and was tlld it was ready. When i went for pick up, grease and oil was not power washed and was all over hood and front of my car. How can i be sure the basic checks were made. My car fl hu ids were not toppes off, and not sure that my tires were rotated either! :(

Amazing staff. Communicated clearly and told me what to expect and how long the service would take. Also gave recommendations on other issues that may need to be addressed. Friendly and professional.

Dwayne couldn't find an actual problem, so he wiped the computer. The charge was over $100 for that, which I thought was a little steep. I tried to leave four or five stars, but the program wouldn't let me. In general, I always bring my car to the Big O in Tustin. I have developed relationships with several of the managers, but it seems that as soon as we get to know each other, they're gone and there's another manager there that doesn't know me. Why the frequent turnover???

The person that closed me out at the register was rude and condescending. Did not thank me for the business- granted it wasn't high dollar but then came back with a smart remark when I didn't say thank you. "have a good day" was his response to my lack of response. He then had to say it again "have a good day"! In a louder condescending tone. I will never go back to this or any Big O- Shame I live 2 blocks away. I am always treated fairly at Big O Tires in Tustin. The staff is friendly and know their stuff. They generally meet and sometimes beat their completion time estimates and notify me by text when done. I have found their work as good as most dealers at a slightly lower cost. I often recommend this store to my family and friends.

I usually go to Big o tire for my oil change . I went on 7-17 for my oil change I told the agent to change also my drain plug and he said yes . When I was to pay Aureliano garcia Alvarez told me that I had changed my oil many times and he had gave me so many mechanical recommendation . He told me in order to change my oil here next time, l have to have some mechanical work done. How ever the person who changed my drain plug destroyed the gasket and the truck was leaking, so I had to take it to my mechanic. I don't come back to this place .

I have been going to the Big O Tire store in Irvine in the past.But since last 2 months I have been trying to get service at the Irvine store and have been unsuccessful.Whenever I have called to get an oil change done, I have been told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours.I don't have the car everyday, it is a shared family car.I have work from 10 am to 7 pm, it is very inconvenient for me to be told to bring the car in the morning very early.I tried coming on my day off but was unsuccessful. This time I decided to call the Tustin store and was able to get the oil change done there.I had to go through traffic to get there and then back home, as I don't live in that area.I also had to wait a long time for the oil change to be completed.I'm not very satisfied with my visit this time.

She was fabulous--from our initial phone call through the end of my visit. WAY better than I expected!!!

After having bought tire and had appointment to get 2 new tires, I was told they would call in about 1 hr when done I called them at 1hr 35 minute. Was told almost done. Would be complete when I arrived if I left now. I arrived at 1hr 45 minutes and they had just jacked the car up and pulled the spare. I was lied to. I had a 6PM appointment so I pull the vehicle and left. I will try to get what I have already paid for in the morning. They better get to me fast. I will not be returning after this experience.

The receptionist/administrative Lady at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about the various services and quoted me prices ahead of time that they offer in the shop . I recently purchased new tires somewhere else therefore I did not need anything else except an oil change for my Subaru. The appointment was made and when I showed up I only waited 5 minutes to have my car serviced. It was finished within about an hour or so just like they had told me. It was a first time for me to come to the shop located in Tustin, I was pleased and I definitively will return for my next oil change or... whatever. You run a good business with excellent service. Thank you for your good work. (We both used Tustin shop for our own respective car)
