Went to get tires installed on my rims. Paid for the service. Went to put the rims in my car and noticed a large scratch/chip on the edge where the installer used a metal pry bar to remove the tire he installed incorrectly to reinstall it. They didn't even have the decency to tell me what happened, I had to discover for myself. Then David the manager said "It happens all the time, it's unavoidable" which clearly isn't true. Pay more for better service elsewhere.

I took my car in to get all four tires replaced and have the alignment done. I made the appointment the night before and was able to select the tires I wanted so I knew roughly what my bill was going to be. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have the tires in the store but they sent out someone to their warehouse to pick them up for me. I had my two kids ages 3 and 18 months with me so we walked around to the many shops and eateries while we waited. We even walked to the library for their storytime. If you have to bring your kids, this is the place to go. We came back a little over 2 hours later and it still wasn't done. We waited another 20ish minutes and finally were ready to go. I'm understanding that a job like this takes a long time plus they didn't even have my requested tires in stock so although I was stressed out with the kids in the small office, I wasn't upset. Plus the manager knocked some money off the bill to account for the extra wait time. All in all a great experience for it being not the most appealing errand to run!

I usually get bring in my car for an oil change and make sure I schedule an appointment ahead of time. However, I came in for an oil change at 12pm, waited 45 min and was told I had to wait another hour. What's the point of making an appointment when you have to wait that longer?? I rescheduled it again on Saturday morning at 9am. The oil change didn't start until 9:50am. Honestly, I have never waited so long for an oil change. Then I found out I had to get my cooler and some tubes replaced. Brought it in the next day at 9am, but they never started it until 10:15am. I'm not happy at all with waisting almost 3 hours of my time sitting there and waiting when I had an appointment set. Not happy at all.

I dropped my truck off at 8am in the morning to get an oil change and tire rotated. I was asked if I wanted to wait for the vehicle and told them no, and that I would be back at noon to pick the vehicle up. I returned at 1pm and the vehicle was not done, thus 4 stars instead of 5.

Only one mechanic and he was working on two cars at the same time. Normally it doesn't take long for an oil change. This time it took over 3hrs

They did a nice job and we're ready to start installing my new tires when I arrived at the appointed time. It only took an hour for the tires and alignment! Very happy with the prices as well. This is my new go-to place

People are nice. Have to keep an eye out to make sure they put the right size tires on. If not I would have drove off with a smaller tire. My alignment still pulls to the right. Like if it wasn't aligned.

I was duped into getting an alignment that I am not sure I needed. As I was leaving the service writer asked me if I would like to have the alignment checked. Later when I picked up the car I was told that it turned out that I needed the alignment and told it was $100+. I was never called to authorize the alignment. Also was very pushy trying to sell nitrogen for the tires.

Had to get tires, was told 10-2, they called me at 5:15, so was too late, had to return on another day. was quoted one price and agreed to, then when I came in they added all this crap to invoice that "they couldn't remove now cause was already done"... nitrogen filled for $8 each etc. I've been coming to same store for 20 years thru all the owner changes, but NEVER again and am telling everyone I know to stay away from L:ittle O Tires because you charge people for things they don't want. So I hope screwing me out of $16 was worth loosing 5 cars worth of business. and I just bought 4 tires yesterday for another truck at Americas Tire, ($798) where I'll be going from now on!! BYE!

I went in for a oil, filter, lube and Tire rotation. Oil change and lube done. However not able to rotate the tires. the reason; one of the lug nuts was stripped and could not be removed without breaking the stud. My response; break the stud, it was going to have to be done at some point. Rotate the tires and use the remaining 4 studs, which would be more than sufficient to hold the tire on. The response, there was a liability problem. But for $200 they could replace a $5 part and rotate the tires. I refused.

I had an unexpected tire blowout and the manager sent personnel to go get the needed replacement tire to get me "in and out" the same day. I appreciate the extra effort!

I went for alignment and check battery. Although I was told to replace battery, I took back the car without replacing it. I wanted to check its warranty. And when I called AAA, it's gage was still close To full. Also alignment was correctly done. I went to check it by driving on freeway, it was not improved. I could not tell the difference before and after alignment. I have asked 4or 5times at your store. I was able to tell the driving was much smoother after alignment was done.

I went in because my battery wouldn't hold a charge. It was under warranty. The clerk was very helpful and didn't charge a dime. The next day, I came in with my wife's car to replace the right head lamp. They did it in minimal time.

I replaced a tire for 200+, wanted to do an alignment check, thinking it would be free, but the customer service told me it would cost me another 120. I was confused, and she said "you asked for it"�.
