Big O Tires

My wife and I have been doing business with Big-O since we lived in Colorado. We have been doing business with the Tustin location for at least 11 years and have had excellent service and treatment until this last weekend. There have been many changes in leadership over the years but the ball was never dropped until now. I had my alignment done for my truck for the first time they say 6 months ago and is 4 days past warranty so they will not fix my alignment backed by the warranty. I asked if he knew how long we have been doing business with the Tustin location and he said it did not matter, they are not willing to fix my alignment backed by the warranty. I have been doing business for a long time, I know how much it costs a company like Big-O to get a customer like my wife and I. I also am aware of the cost to retain and keep a customer coming back like my wife and I. Those costs far out weigh an alignment, actually many alignments and tires. I do not understand, I use to really like doing business with Big-O, now you guys are all corporate and not community. To bad.

Something as simple as car checkd out, air filter, oil change or something expensive like tires, brakes, rotor for our 3cars. They never fail me, giving me their best & I'm here to acknowledge it openly, its one Hxxx of a team at Tustin location!

It was a week full of non expected repair results.An off market (?) item, a Engine coolant temperature sensor was installed the engine started overheating even with the AC off.The original sensor was reinstalled and the temperature gauge reads normal with the AC off.The Kia Parts Department stated that the off the market (?) items are not recommended because of unexpected results that could damage the engine.The tech doing the work was obliging while, I believe, the Service Advisor/manager was too(?).

Garcia who is the manager and Dwayne the technician that worked on my vehicle were 5 stars amazing! Very upfront and communicated the entire time!

The service writers are very kind and personable. They are sometimes understaffed and under pressure during sales events. I needed new tires but had a major concern that was ignored: tire noise is substantial. I came in to get that issue resolved. Instead, the noise (tire or some other issue) is even greater a substantial howl at highway speeds. I am so disappointed. Also, I brought my wife's car in and it was determined that an axle was leaking and needing replacement. After the repair by Big O, the car was undrivable the next day - something had come loose and power was not being transmitted to the wheels. This occurred in a difficult and dangerous location and my wife and I are both seniors. To the company's credit, they provided a tow and a complete fix.

the only thing I did not like was I sent my son , I just had surgery and it was the day he brought me home from the hospital, the car had a flat tire I had been there b4 to have tires patched under warrantee and they did not look up in computer , said they did not have my info in computer the fact that I purchased 4 tires and they were under warrantee I had to take a picture of the invoice w my phone send it to my sons phone b4 they would believe him that we had these tires at Big O and that they were still under warrantee I purchased the extra warenty package for all 4 tires

During this COVID-19 pandemic , they were so thoughtful and replaced my run flat tire next day. Very nice people and fare pricing.

My tires were not rotated and they should have been. It was on the coupon and it wasn't done. I have little rubber cut left front from hitting a curb. I noticed last night that tire is still on the right front. Not happy. i am actually shocked cause i have been bringing my car there for 5 years and the service was a lot better a few years ago than now.

Ordered tires to have put on my rims and they were sold from under me. I showed up on the day I said I would only to find that someone came in and got my tires. The guy behind the counter actually was laughing and when I asked why he would do that, he said that he knew about the order but does not use names or phone numbers to hold tires. I had to wait four hours to get my tires just because the desk guy failed to used the simplest business practice, put a name with an order. I know he had it as I gave it to him when I ordered the tires. I guess I was just lucky that the Huntington Beach store had another pair of the tires they could send over.

Lashinda (sp?) was so incredibly helpful and welcoming. I will use Big O as my neighborhood repair center.

I got new tires last week and told them I was sure my car needed an alignment so to go ahead and do the alignment after they checked the alignment. I pickup my car and ask how bad the alignment was and he says "uhh, it was pretty bad". When he told me the total for the tires and service, the alignment was not included in the price so I asked why? He fumbled around for a while, called someone and left a message then got back to me and added the alignment into the price saying they did it. As I am still standing there he gets a call back that they did not do the alignment because it was not needed. He then refunds me the money for the alignment. I drive home and the alignment is terrible just like before, they did not even check it. I'm upset that now I have to spend more time going to back to get them to the job right. Good prices, poor service.

I wento for an oil change on Saturday, came out with $1500 worth of services. I drove it sunday and oil leaking from hood of car.

Very professional and easy

I needed a new tire and had hit a median so there were some other parts involved as well the total was $900 and within driving my car away in less than 10 miles the tire light went on requiring me to go back to the store the next day and having to have that checked it turns out that they did not reset the tire light so I had to make a special trip down there and sit there and wait while they sorted this out I don't appreciate my time being wasted over a period of two days and spending $900 for something to go wrong in less than 5 miles. I feel that the service was sloppy and it didn't seem like anybody really cared. Nobody greeted me And the store was absolutely filthy I will never go back to that store. Nobody apologized for wasting my time either.
