Big O Tires

The printer was out of mileage reminder stickers so they said they were going to put the reminder in my car programming but I didn't want that.

I was pleasantly surprised that the store had the tires i was looking for. Roger provided the quote over the phone and helped me at the store as well. He provided great customer service.

Known the staff for a long time. George and Dwayne rock. That's the good part. Next is the not so good part : Many months ago I had my tires rotated. So far so good. Few weeks later I noticed that 10 of my 24 original lug nuts were replaced with 2 different types of beat up ones, some rusty,some broken. Brought this up recently when I needed another tire rotation. Really didn't get an answer. Dodgy. I'm going to buy matching lug nuts and do it myself.

Was only recommended services that I really needed.

I have gone to this Big O for approximately 24 years. Recently I am questioning the integrity of the recommended services and I am unlikely to return to this site. I have met the Owner before and I felt that the store was unquestionably honest, and now I am no longer certain after my last 3-4 visits.

Excellent Service.

Been here a number of times and they do a good job. The problem is that they have no sense of urgency. 1 hour to fix a flat? That's with an appointment. It's clear standing in front of the bay's watching them work there's been no hustle instilled in them...regardless of them being in a fishbowl for the customer to observe. Would never fly in my line of work. Also, when the manager & subordinates argue they should probably save it for closed doors and not in front of the customers.

I have gone to the Tustin Big O Tires for years. I purchased 4 tires and a list of other things. My sensors went over the next day signaling tire issues. Now today, my windshield water signal is stating I need fluid. This has never happened in the past. I am having all these issues occur only since purchasing 4 new tires. I can't help but feel that my car was not properly serviced.

When I told them I was going to wait for my service to be completed, they started right away on my car.

I had oil change in the free rotation I asked the manager did they do the rotation before I left the store when I got home I noticed the rotation had not been done I know that for fact because one of my tires had a chalk marker from a recent repair I had to go back they gave me some lame excuse that they got me confused with some other customer they took care of it but I'm disappointed that I had to go back and spend my time I had them do the job they said they did

No matter the situation is, no matter what issue arises, they'll even go steps further to satisfy customers needs! I kid u not, & look for every available discount. Trust in them they know this business, I've said it before & I'll say it again I stand behind this location 200%. Because this group offers optimal square dealsit's consistency you can count on! As a consumer on limited income I'm confident in work performed time & time again! I'm telling you they are A-Can-Do-Team, No Comparison!

My wife called the store in Tustin, as our local Big O in Cypress (I don't recommend Cypress, guy in red shirt was not friendly at all) said that Tustin had our tires in stock. They actually didn't, but were friendly enough to earn our business. Crew was very busy, and I waited about 4 hours to get my tires installed. Didn't have the option to leave as I made the drive on my space saver spare, and needed to have them replaced for my wife and 1 yr old son to use for his medical issues. I have to say though, the office staff were doing their best and were very friendly and professional. As I was leaving however, I noticed that my right rear TPMS said my tire was low, so I had the tech check it. Said it was fine so I left. Next day my wife called me from work at 1 am saying her right FRONT was completely flat. The TPMS I questioned at the shop or turned out was on the front tire not the rear. Next day I drove it to the local Cypress location (not a good vibe at Cypress) and found out the valve stem was leaking. So far so good..

Overall if you have questions they have answers if you have issues they have solutions that's it in a nutshell! I promise you you will walk away in full confidence that they work diligently within your budget to satisfy every need, this IS your 'Go To' auto care.

Customer service could have easily excelled but fell flat. The TV in the waiting room was playing a very inappropriate movie for children, which I had in tow with me. I begged the guy to be honest about how long it would take to patch my tire. I was told an hour and forty-five minutes. Fortunately, this location has enough to do around it in easy walking distance with children. We came back exactly an hour and forty-five minutes later and proceeded to wait another thirty minutes in the waiting room--only to find out our car had been ready the whole time we were waiting. You have to value your customers' time.

Great service. great people, but I was disappointed that I installed had service done to my 2008 Toyota Camry that I had to redo. I had my water pump installed in January 2015 and went back for oil change April 2nd 2016 and my water pump was leaking. I filled my radiator probably about 2 throughout the year but never made it to her serviced because I didn't know any thing was wrong . Now j had to pay to reinstall a new one. I only drive 4 k miles. I am disappointed but like big o. I just don't know if I can trust it for service other than tires. I need brakes done and now I'm hesitant. I would recommend for tires but not engine work. Thank you

I always have the best service. Im never over charged on services. My husband now goes to Big O Tires. Me. Garcia and staff are awesome.
