Big O Tires

Friendly staff. Good service. I wish they would have told me if my brakes were ok or not, though I know they checked them because they were marked that they did. I just happen to still hear the squeaking noise of the rear brakes. Need to go somewhere else for a second inspection.

For years I used Big O Tires @ Tustin. I trusted the team. Special shootout to Roger for all his information, recommendations and hard work by getting me safely back on the road again. Excellent automotive service and/or customer service is a rarity to find, plain & simple. No one likes taking their car in for repairs: But with the attention that Roger provides, I feel comfortable that my car will be in good hands. His customer service is great. I extend my hand in thanks to Roger and each of the team that took care of my car from the distance (Due this COVID 19)

Highly professional service with minimal wait time for the overall experience. The very clean waiting area allowed for social distancing, during the pandemic, as well as provide refreshment and a movie to calm customers.

19.99 oil change is always a good thing. My only complaint is that they tried to sell us on a single tire for $166.00 which was annoying.

I went in for an oil change. While my oil was being changed the tech discovered a screw in my tire. I knew about the screw for sometime and it wasn't causing any issues. They asked if I wanted it fixed and I went back and forth about it before deciding to go ahead and have it done. Went I went up to pay for the oil change. I was then informed about the $25 charge for the tire. I didn't appreciate being told after the fact. That seems sneaky to me! I won't be back.

Quick, easy, and efficient.

I have been bringing my cars in to Big O Tires for over 15 years. I brought my car in on Dec. 26. It was serviced. Then on Dec. 30 my car's Check Engine light comes on and also the Skid Light comes on?!?!? This is the second time I have brought my car in for some type of servicing and then within days of service being complete, a light comes on. I was told that it was coincidence that this new issue came on within 4 days of car servicing. Why is this? I know this is not the norm. It is strange. Is my car being completed checked and serviced or not? It makes me question if my car is being serviced or if I am being taken advantage of.

We have been taking our car(s) there for the last 3 years. They always show us everything that is going on and what needs to be replaced and the staff is always very friendly.
