Very happy with the overall service experience, except that I had a co-worker ask you how much you charge for tire rotation and balance and was told $20. When I went in, I was told $50. I didn't want to bother saying anything since it was 2nd hand info and could be wrong, but that is the only negative part of the visit.

I have been a client for many years with the 17th & Grand, Santa Ana store which closed. I came to the 1st St, Tustin and they have taken me in. I trust them and am very happy with them so far. I did not give the highest rate but they are close. Never been dissatisfied.

They helped me right away. And I was very please with the visit. And everything I asked for was fixed. I appreciate the advise they gave me.

I had originally visited this location a couple of years back and had a horrible experience, so when I went in last week I was a little weary, but I decided to give it another try. My initial encounter wasn't the best (no work order explanation, customer service was sub par, car was there for 5 hours longer than expected with no updates...) when I went to pick up my car I was not in the best mood, though the gentleman that assisted me did everything in his power to ensure I still received a remarkable experience. At the time, I told him I would not be returning (ever again) to that particular location to have work done, though by the end of the experience he definitely changed my mind. He went above and beyond to ensure that all was explained, that my concerns were addressed, and I felt comfortable with the services performed. Being in an industry, myself, where customer service is key to success I really appreciated his ability to turn things around. I don't remember his name, but hopefully you can track him down and pass along my sentiments. Thank you.

This location came recommend from my usual Corona location which I've been going to for over 7 years. I took my car for new tires and a wheel alignment. My car was taken in right away because I had scheduled an appointment. There were a few errors/mistakes related to the service so I had to take my car back 2 additional times (related to those issues, my recommendation to them would be to not rush in the first place and double check some steps to eliminate needing to take corrective action later). However, once the issues were identified, the manager got involved right away and actively kept in touch with me. The rest of the staff, both in the front and in the back, then patiently and professionally did everything they could to address the issues/my concerns. This is the reason they still deserve a good review - While the issues caused a lot of inconvenience for me, they owned up to their errors/mistakes, genuinely wanted to make things right by me and didn't stop until I drove away happy. I will be taking my car back for future services.

Customer Service was superb. The staff was accommodating and the service was quick ànd professional

Good service. They helped me with price arrangements and Roger, at the Tustin store, was very courteous and flexible. The only downfall was that it took all day from dropping off my car, to getting it inspected, to getting a price quote and installation (but I understand that it was on a busy weekend day).

Someone made a mistake by giving me another customer's tire. When I came back to exchange it, I also brought another tire, which Roger mounted and balanced for free to make up for their mistake.

I came in with a tire that had a leak. I had gone to another place that told me they fixed my flat, but apparently, they hadn't. They took the tire off the rim and Christian came over to show me the torn area and said there were no repairs on the tire. Meshonda gave me prices on two available tires, checked the pattern to make sure it was similar to what I had and they replaced my tire. I also saw Christian check the tire pressure on all my other tires as well. I'm glad I came here bc of the honesty. It wasn't the quickest repair, but that's understandable as I came in without an appointment and they fit me in.

I have the five year alignment warranty, but almost every time I have an alignment done, I have to take the car back in because it begins to pull to the side when the steering wheel is straight, which it didn't do before the service was performed. They are always apologetic and take it back in right away to fix, but with two different cars I have to wonder why it keeps happening. Equipment issue?
