Big O Tires

I used them for an oil change a week ago. They gave me a good price and got the job done in the time window I requested. I have use this location multiple times and my only complaint would be that they never call when they are done. I always have to call and ask.

I on Sunday night scheduled a Monday 9 am appointment online for tire repair. The manager sent an email notifying the appointment cancellation at 6:44 a.m. on Monday morning. The subject email went into my junk mail box so I did not see it. Since I needed to be at work at 9 a.m. I decided to arrive at the store at 8 a.m. to try my luck. A female associate accommodated my request for a tire repair after the manager verbally informed me of the appointment cancellation. The technician was courteous and speedy. The tire repair performed gave us a peace of mind because we had to evacuate later in the day because of the Silverado fire. I purchased 4 sets of tires for two cars in the last 10 years at the subject tire store. The store also performed two tire repairs including the one on Monday morning. I will continue to visit the store for years to come.

I had made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait to much for my 4 tires to be done. I did get on time but I left so don't know when they started work but it took 2 hours. I was told it would be 1 hour.

They always let me know if anything is needed other than the basic problem with my car and I'm able to make the choice of if and when to have it done, but I wish that they would ask if I had a coupon to use because I had one at home I could have used for that service that day I could have saved $60.00. It is good that you mail out coupons but they should ask and remind customers if they have one they would like to use.

I go to this store for most of my auto repairs and am very happy, that's why I return to them.

I came in because of a low tire pressure indicator on my dash. One of the service technicians in the bay found a nail in the tire and repaired it. He had other vehicles to service before mine, but I was there for only an hour. The price to repair my tire was fair and the employees were friendly.

Every this that a needed was completed quickly so that I could get back on the road. The other services that was recommended must be done over the weekend so that I can drop my car off. I intend to do this this coming week end. This BigOtire location is very convenient for me. Thank you.

Put two tires on two different cars within a week of each other Happy with the service - only thing to improve on, shouldn't keep a customer waiting at the counter who is there in person when the phone rings, although the agent did apologize he was on the phone way too long
