Big O Tires

The service was good and everyone was nice, but know matter when I go in for something the estimate starts out at $150.00 and ends up being 1090.00.Just once I would like to pay what they estimate instead of some much more.Because I don't know anything about cars, I sometimes feel like I am being taken advantage of.

Mishonda is extremely qualified and knowledgeable....Have been a customer of hers for 20 plus yrs....never disappointed....She always goes above and beyond to take care of my vehicles. A huge asset to big o tires Will always be a customer of her and big o tires!

The oil change and tire rotation was done fast and with a reasonable price.

Big O Tires always provides me with clear explanations of the problems and is always timely with repairs.

Mischonda (sp?) and her team were really helpful. First, to get me in on a busy day, be transparent with the amount of time it would take, show me anything they found in the inspection and got me out the door in a reasonable amount of time. I also noticed how well she treated and worked with other customers - especially her patience and explaining the different options available to them.

Team does a pretty good job. One knock on them would be that their service techs could move faster. I had nothing better to do so I watched them work on my car. Clearly they knew what they were doing...just did it at a snails pace.

Mishonda is awesome! Always get it done when promised or earlier.

Friendly staff. Good service. I wish they would have told me if my brakes were ok or not, though I know they checked them because they were marked that they did. I just happen to still hear the squeaking of the rear brakes. Need to go somewhere else for a second inspection.

I am highly satisfied with the purchase of my tires because I was not pressure to but other stuff that was not needed it like other places I visited for tires and associates are like sales people. Here at Big O associates advised services but not put pressure

gave a 3 on customer service and I want to make clear why. I have two cars that I get service done there, I have a rapport with a few employees there and they are great at listening 1st However there is an employee there that is just contenous to every customer that I have witness him with and it really gets me in a ugly manner where I refuse to even deal with him, Jorge is his name and maybe he should have a broom not a pen in his hand.

Torin assisted me last week with another vehicle and took good care of me. The service was fast. Staff was pleasant.
