Big O Tires

I called ahead and got an out-the-door quote of $327 for two tires. After the work was done for four tires, the price came out to over $700. I was tired when I paid and didn't notice the discrepancy at the time. I would expect that buying four tires would get some sort of discount that would bring the final cost below 2x the cost of only two tires. Instead, I feel that I was overcharged by more than $50.

The person I saw at this location wanted to jump to performing alignment on my car without first checking if an alignment is needed. I had to insist on the free alignment check before getting it. The manager is new, he need to be more assertive of his staff so that that customers are not left feeling they being sold on items they do not need. I am a returning customer for one reason and one reason only, I was treated fairly the last time I visited by the person in charge at the time. I encourage the new manager to set clear guidelines for the other guy who help take customers.

My daughter had a blowout on the freeway. The Tustin BigO tires was just over two miles away. I buy my tires from the Brea branch of BigO tires and am always satisfied!

Great service and turnaround

Level of service was outstanding… As usual

When I first arrived and parked they watched me park and waited until I got out of my car before telling me to park next to the curb. The front desk employees were actually really friendly and helpful. It took a little longer than anticipated for them to put on my new tires. I requested that they save one of my old tires for me to keep as a spare, which they nearly forgot to do until I reminded them at the end. I said that I would just need a few minutes to clear out the back of my car as I had a lot of teaching supplies there and so they suggested that I come back another day to pick up the tire. When I swung by the other day to pick it up, the tire had already been discarded. That was a bummer.

I have come to this Big O for decades. Despite a crazy Sunday, the manager was able to get my tire, under road hazard warranty, worked into the too-full work queue before closing. The next day I bought new front tires and an alignment and that was completed in just two hours. The tires are balanced and the alignment is perfect.

Felt I was treated fairly and with respect

Aureliano Garcia took my call for an appointment, was able to schedule me as requested. I arrived 15 minutes prior to opening and was met outside by Aureliano who greeted me by name, very professional and exceptional customer service. Mr. Garcia called me with an update in less than an hour, another unexpected surprise. He went over the details of the recommended repairs, although the price tag was a hard pill to swallow, I knew my vehicle of nearly 20 years was in need of some TLC. I was happy that he was able to apply a few discounts bringing the cost down to something I was able to work with. I know vehicle repairs are necessary as well as more than I would like to pay. As promised my vehicle was ready same day and even a bit under the estimated cost, another bonus. Mischinda, with whom I had worked with befor on tires was helpful, friendly and professional. She was able to have my bill ready and helped me apply for an interest free in 12 month account. Another pleasant surprise to help me with my expense. My daughter has used this location before which brought me here.

All the people there are very knowledgeable, courteous, and even take the time to make sure the customers are taken care of. They are nicer than some of the customers

I had a tpms sensor replaced three days ago . Friendly employees the only issue was they broke key for wheel locks maybe a accident but didn't replaced the locks so now I'm missing one lug nut on each tire . I felt like they should've replaced it

Service was quick and efficient

This is the same Big O I have been using for over 10 years now. I've seen some changes and still happy to bring my vehicle in for service and repairs. I didn't need an alignment or credit card and I was in the store before anyone could get to me. Just an Oil change and Tire Rotation, Fast and Happy.

Explained what was needed and why I needed it. Ordered tires that arrived next day and had new tires less than 24 after coming in for flat repair.
