I had found a discount online for synthetic oil change. The associate at the front desk (Will was his name, I believe) was unaware but was able to look it up online and apply the discount. He kept me updated on progress, and recommended new cabin and air filter, which I was aware my car probably was in need of. The price was right. I was happy with the honesty.

Scheduled an appointment to swap out 4 tires. Car was done in about 30 minutes.

Getting an appointment was easy, I was helped right away and the associate was friendly despite of being busy. I put neither satisfied or disatified with the knowledge because its non applicable.
