Big O Tires

We've bought tires for 3 cars at Big O over the years. My wife was treated with respect and was told truthfully what was needed and what was not when she recently came in with a flat. They fixed a flat at no charge.

Mishonda is the best! literally whatever you pay her is not enough! She is super awesome and very kind.

I bought a set of Big-O tires about 2 years ago and so far they have been providing excellent service. Staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Overall their small size, I believe, preserves the "friendly neighborhood" service that's sincere and honest - that's what I truly appreciate!

Helpful employees explained tire choices and cost. Called to explain brakes installation and cost. Car was ready on time. Easily picked car on time. Explained warranty and follow up services thoroughly.

It was the most terrible start to a work day when our company vehicle broke down right next to the location. Every single employee there was beyond amazing and really exceeded expectations! We have had a company mechanic for over 5 years and we can confidently say we will be servicing all of our vehicles at Big O from now on.

I had been having difficulties with a company near my house for sears as they changed hands, my warranty did not carry over to new company and paying for services which were not completed. I made the move to Big O Tires after my daughter had been receiving great service here for a few years. My daughter had a brake issue which your company saw through until she was happy. I purchased tires here a while back and was happy with the service. Later I had front end work which had failed after my previous company had overcharged me for service which only lasted a short time. I hope to find the front end work lasts longer than before. EAch time your company called me to go over costs and options, I did not feel pressured and have been happy with the work done. Keep up the good work and I will keep returning and refer family and friends as well.

This was my second vehicle in 7 months, the first time, new tires for a 2020 vehicle with less than 40 miles, replacing an OEM tire with a nail in the sidewall. This time, it's replacing a set of worn-out tires preparing for a long road trip. The main reason why I returned was your staff, the salesperson, I think her name was Roshandra or something similar, she made the experience worthwhile and low stress.
