My visits to Big O for service to myvehicles may take more than six months or longer. when I do return for required services or necessary repair works, the change in person is always a concern to me. I like to see t6he same faces so I can relate to them in a reconnized fashion, Can't do that with strangers, but your Service Advisors/Writers always considerate and I believe I am/was well taken cared of. The servicing is always satisfactory and I am adequately advised by the serving tech and/or Service Manager about the outcome of the servicing.
