The technician was very helpful and made sure that I put all the right things into and onto my car. He gave me coupons and discounts as well which is always super nice. They got the job done a lot faster than I had anticipated; I did not feel like I was waiting very long at all. The quality customer service is what keeps me coming back to Big O Tires instead of going somewhere else or going to my car's dealership for servicing.

I was having problems with the Yokohama tires I had purchased at this facility. I had taken my car to another shop to have an alignment done due to schedule restrictions and found that after the alignment was performed, the car still pulled to one side (the pull direction followed the tire swap right to left). I was told that there was likely a radial separation problem. I brought the car in to this shop, and talked with George who checked the tires, and ordered a set of replacements. When the replacements arrived I returned to talk with Jason, who swapped the tires to reproduce the issue. When I drove on the road in front of the shop, at 30 mph, the pull did not seem to be too severe, so I opted to not have the tires changed out at that point, though they were ready to replace the tires. On my drive home at a higher speed, the pull was quite severe, so I brought the car back on the following day. Both George and Jason were present and they provided excellent customer care and service. The tires were replaced and the problem was solved. No hassles, no arguments, no problem. Great work!
