They are always honest , to tell me what I need done to my car for my safety but never push me to do the work until I'm able and ready to get it done. I appreciate that. I am always satisfied with this company that's why we always go back there :-)

A telephone call to Juan, the manager, confirmed that they had the tire in inventory and that he could have it installed. He was very professional and courteous. Said vehicle would be done in 2 hrs and it was done in 1 1/2 hrs.

I have had wonderful service the last 2 times I've purchased tires in the last year. They are quick, inexpensive, and provide service that exceeds expectations. I've never been disappointed in the last 20 years I've received service from them. Free tire rotation and flat repair service with every ti re purchase.

I have regularly been there for the pasdt two years - with both of my vehicles. There have been several cases wherew I expected a charge and it was waved off with a smile. For, example, today I went to Big O to have my tires checked for pressure and also cherck on a light which had popped upo on my dashboard. No charge.

My Kia Sedona's radiator temperature would rise significantly when the AC was on.Temperature normal w/o AC on.Initial cause of the problem was thought to be the termostate which was replaced.The radiator servicing was also performed since my Kia is a 2005 and may have only received this servicing once before.Also had an oil/filter change.On my test driver home, the problem high temp problem still existed.After parking overnight, the problem corrected itself.Was there a delayed temostate action or maybe an AC fan temperature control activator.Present this thought to the store manager and mechanic who serviced the car.The car is working properly now with the much needed coolant flush/change and new oil/filter.

Like she has been on the 2 or 3 prior occasions that I have dealt with her, Mishonda was very nice and professional. Moreover, and even though it had nothing to do with the specific service that I had taken my car in for, when I asked her as an aside how to determine when a tire is so worn that it needs to be replaced, she took the time to explain what to look for while using one of the new tires on the wall in the waiting room for reference.

Came for a tire rotation and was done in 15 minutes. Service was top notch which is always the case when I come in for periodic rotation or any other service.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a mechanic shop! The staff helped me out with my Subaru. They really went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was wrong with my vehicle. My vehicle is now running in tip top shape. Defiantly recommend this place!
