Big O Tires

I normally dont take the time to write reviews (even if its a horrible experience) but i cant pass up this opportunity to share the experience. Iv been taking my car to this same location for some time now and have always received the same quality service each time. I dont mean to name drop but "Jorge" is always a great help and should be part of some sort of a quality of service program with his knowledge and personality. Very satisfied customer here.

It was a professional and fun experience. We had a few laughs thru the process of communicating what I needed for my car. Bravo to Big O !!!!

The Manager, David was very friendly and professional. We told him we needed the car by a certain time and he kept to the time.

They did what I asked. The car inspection as was the radiator service very through.

I just brought my car in for a tire rotation. I was in and out in less than an hour. Good job.

The young lady that assisted me was very informative about the products, knew the products well, was very helpful and very nice. Big O is lucky to have an ambassador for their business like her.

With havin an appointment they made sure I was taking care of. Alex was a huge help and definitely was efficient with his job!! Even when it was busy and customer after customer walking in, made sure I was taken care of as well as everyone else walking in.

Josh went the extra mile to help me find the best tires for my car. Friendly, professional and even gave me an extra 30 days to make sure I was happy with the tires we chose.

The Black Friday promotions weren't exactly a fit for what I was looking for, but she made it work with other promotions, including using my Big O card. She was professional, thorough and the team finished everything in under 2 hours.
