Always nice to come in and have all my vehicle needs by team member Juan. My vehicle needed a wheel alignment after a bump on the road and he had his tech work on my vehicle. The tech Jimmy did an excellent job and my car is driving like new. Happy to have found an excellent team at this location. Highly recommend their services.

Roger was super friendly and informative. Great price on four new tires. No waiting. Costco said it would take a week and a half to get an appointment and they were more expensive than Big O. Big O took me right away. I've loved these guys for years.

Overall experience at the Tustin site was hands down excellent experience . The crew that I dealt with Cory & Juan were both an exceptional employees and I would recommend everyone shopping for tires service to give them a chance.

Got 4 new tires recently-plus brakes-also got my boss to use Big O for service on his car

I had a "tire emergency" and needed to replace/repair a tire that had a nail in it. I was able to come in immediately, get an estimate on my replacement, and get my car within 3 hours. Two minor issues: 1. The staff who was supposed to call me dialed the wrong number and I had to call 2 hrs later to see if my car was done. It wasn't a big deal, but you asked! 2. The staff in the office should really be wearing masks behind the counter, and ask all patrons to wear masks. We are still in this pandemic, after all. Thanks. Final note: The office staff helping me (Juan) was very friendly and helpful!

Car was towed there for a flat tire and we didn’t have the key lock. Juan was so exceptional and even willing to stay late if needed. Car fixed by 7:30 next morning for $40
