Big O Tires

I used them once before, then my daughter blew out a tire and they were so helpful to her. She is a very tough customer and even she was very impressed. Best prices and customer service

I was driving my Daughters car on one of those rare moments to get an oil change and it was driving horriblely, I took it in to the Tustin location to find out she needs Brakes, Tires, Alignment and of course an oil change, so before I have my meltdown I immediately start calling the competition for quotes, turns out not only were they honest on the assessment but was actually less than the competition after they supplied online coupons all the work was complete in less than two hours my wallet and my patience was still in tack upon our departure, Like I said Thank you

Still the friendliest store in my records. Even the newest member came and introduced herself to me. Just for my curiosity checked prices on what was done and what still has to be done - you are on par with competition but on labor - you are the best. Hope you stay there a long time.

Mischonda went out of her way to make my visit and needs as practial as possible. Se also found two different discounts ( for oil and brakes ) which reduced those costs. further she gave me several options withg regard to replacing my tires. Even thoiugh I spent a lot more than I had anticipatd I feel comfortable that it was well worth listening to Mischonda.

My Big-O team in Tustin Ca is the best! My car had a steering pump replacement and after getting it serviced, my car was still noisy and the pump was bad. My Big-O team took the time to address every issue and regardless of how many times it had to get redone they did it with a good attitude and did everything they could to make it right. Customer service often goes beyond a good "in and out" quick service experience. It also means owning issues if they arise and making sure the end product is exceptional. Dwayne and Adrian did exactly that and are great assets to this shop. Kudos, and thank you for making sure my car was safe and that all my car issues were addressed and corrected.

I had them put nitrogen in my new car's tires. They did an excellent job. I recommend them often.

My only experience with Big O has been for tire-related issues - a previous tire repair and new tires on my current vehicle. So, I was glad to learn they did oil changes when I called to inquire. I was told it could be done same day as they were not busy, so I quickly brought down my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Then, they texted me when it was ready for pick-up. Very convenient! And, peace of mind to me that the oil is changed and tires rotated as my son and husband will be driving to Phoenix from Orange County in a few days.
