Big O Tires

Ive brought my car to Big O Tires twice and each time I received great service for a great price. I highly recommend them.

When I came one I was stressed! I had a flat tire on the freeway on a Sunday. Most all tire shops are closed on Sundays, not Big O. Rashonda the cashier was very friendly and helpful. She is an asset to your business. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great job everyone! Much appreciated.

Everything was explained correctly and the entire process was done in a timely manner. The staff were very professional and my car was in great condition once the service was complete.

I was deeply concerned about my under carriage, suspensions, and condition of a couple of tires because running over a curb caused a the right front tire to blow out.After a careful inspection by a couple of the techs, replacing all four tires, keeping the best of the old tires as the new spare, a complete wheel alignment, the car a declared in good condition.The tech performing the wheel alignment was very courteous and considerate about my worries.Yes, I paid a monetary value for the work, but was insured that my car was still safe for transporting my family.I had the oil change service at the same time and the tech performing that service was also thorough and courteous.Both Service Managers assisting insured that the techs performing the service was aware of the condition causing my misfortune.Thank you, Big O.

I want to compliment your Managers and staff on their upmost professionalism along with the confidence that the work that is performed on our vehicles are always completed as agreed and give myself and family a sense of security knowing are vehicles are safe to drive and operate .

I got same day service on a Saturday morning, 4 new hard to come by low profile tires, I took an Uber home and got the call to pick up my car as expected right on time. a flawless transaction with no hassles and they even spotted an error in my engine that will need attention in the future and I will probably have Big O Tires take car of it for me as wel, they do MORE than just tires guys!. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She told me about what deals were going on, let me know what was the best price for the tires I needed and I got my car back way quicker than most other places.
