Big O Tires

Hands down the best auto mechanic store in Orange County. Manager Josh and my mechanic Dwyane are amazing, honest and respectful. They assessed the needs on my car, showed me the areas of concern and explained the process and need of repairs in a language that I could understand. Always a great and positive experience at the Tustin Big-O on E. First Street.

Good professional service.

I own a Lexus but I bring my car for service to this Big O Tire vs the Lexus dealer because the manager (George) and the mechanic (Duane) have always been professional and friendly while servicing my car "with me". I have the sense that they are going to repair the car based upon 'need' and not trying to build the bill based upon what the 'market' might bear. Simply stated I trust them to service the car as needed.

I came in for an alignment and balance and everything felt perfect. After driving for a couple days I noticed my steering wheel was kind of turned to the right so I called and was told to bring it in. After they checked it out they went ahead and realigned it for me for no charge since I was just in there. Vehicle now drives perfectly.

Everything was easy and done as promised

I showed up late morning with no appointment and they got my oil change done within an hour. And better yet...I was not upsold on anything. Oil changed, pretty sure tires rotated as I think they always do that, coupon taken and out the door!

Mishonda was very courteous and efficient in explaining how my tire problem could be resolved. I did not have an appointment and I knew I was presenting her with a time sensitive issue to replace two rear run flat tires. She was very clear in her explanation they could replace my tires but it would take a few hours. I appreciated her candor and honesty about the time it would take to fix my problem. Bottom line my rear tire had a nail in it causing it to go flat. It was an unexpected problem and I needed it fixed the same day. Mishondra got it done for me and I am very thankful for her and Big O

All my automotive service needs are performed by the Tustin Big 0. Repairs that are not within their capability will, of course, be performed at the Kia Dealer Ship.

Mishonda is the best in explaining every detail in regards to the work being done ..... Been coming to her for 20 plus years Distance doesn't matter...Her knowledge and care for customers is beyond exceptional.....

Took in for an alignment and it was completed. Very nice customer service. They are extremely helpful and nice. I love this place and always take my car here for tires. They also do service on cars. Very dependable and trustworthy.

Did ask if there was a sale on the tires I had purchased they said no but I was told by my husband there was haven’t had a chance to check but was planning on looking into it.

I have been with this branch for a long time and had seen management changes good and bad. Brian and Adrian was the superb managers I ever dealt with. Very honest and jobs are done excellent. Unfortunately, they left. Seen bad managers which I am glad big o noticed. Now, George,Roger and Josh acknowledged client relationships, honesty and quality of work. The crew are superb!!!! Dwayne and the other old timers on this Big O does a good job!!! They should be recognized. Tustin is a very close knit community and it is all about honesty, giving discounts to clients that continually returns and giving appreciation to the community. Big O should not focus on big Revenue but focus more on gaining trust , Earning respect to the community, Giving a good discounts on Tustin residents and getting more clientele. One thing Big O did good was extending there hours and days of work. I give this Branch a 5 star comparing to the other Big O I had experienced.

Fast and friendly, in and out was able to get on with my day as needed.
