Roger and mechanic whose name I can't recall are absolute professionals and gentlemen. I take my dying car there all the time in large part because of the great customer service at the Tustin location.

My brakes were squealing for over a month. I had to get them checked and fixed or potentially not be able to stop. BigOTire told me what was needed and completed the job in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with my vehicle now being able to make a complete stop. Thank you BigOtires.

Associate was friendly, competent, & knowledgeable about products. When a problem occurred with the locking lug nuts, it took them no time al all to break them feee at no extra charge.
