Warranty replacement of a tire with a sliced sidewall.Pretty painless on my end.

Easy to schedule the appointment. Had tires on hand when I showed up. Got me in and out in a reasonable time.

I called the day before to find an uncommon tire size before I headed out of town. I showed up for my appointment after work and got everything I ordered and then some. I had only ordered two tires but when I arrived I realized I actually needed four plus a pressure sensor. They retrieved the extra, got everything installed and I was on my way within about 2 1/2 hours - very happy.

The store manager Juan was very attentive and professional to my questions. I've been to this location multiple times before and have always had a good experience. Juan and the associate working on my car answered all my questions.

This is my second experience at this location. Obviously the first one for my car was great since I came back for tires and service work on my son's car. I had very satisfactory experiences at another Big "O" Tires location near my work but since I retired I came to this location which is closer to my home hoping the service would be as good. And it certainly has been.
