Stopped in to check my trailer wheel bearings and tires and was recommend to purchase a set of new tires dues to the age ( 5 + ) years and the condition of the tires for safety reasons . They had the tires in stock and had my trailer ready for pick up the same afternoon .

Everyone was occupied when I pulled up but very welcoming as soon as possible. I had a sort of confusing string of specific requests for this visit but they understood perfectly and got everything accomplished as promised. No pushy sales pitches, just good service that made economic sense.

Roger is an excellent and patient professional. There was a problem that he was able to correct which instilled the utmost confidence in his work ethic.

On a July 4th weekend, I needed to replace a tire the same day! After two shops were either closed or didn't have the right tire on hand, Big O had a comparable matching tire and were able to change the tire and do an alignment in about 40 minutes. Mind you, it was busy, but they were just able to get it done while I waited! Thanks to them I was able to complete the weekend plans we had. Excellent alignment job too! Car sails along super smooth!
