Big O Tires

The service given to me by the employees of the shop was excellent. However, the only bad part was that they had to inform me that since I didn't have my invoice from another location which is now closed, they couldn't perform warranty work until the next day. I needed the tire then, so I had to pay for it. This probably will influence my decision wether or not to ever buy tires from this company ever again.

I have used Big-O-Tires at the Tustin location. The services performed on my truck have always been very thorough. Sometimes, we consider the time spent at the shop as such an inconvenience. That's not my case, I have always valued the attention to detail, and the level of competence whenever I have my truck serviced. These gentlemen have always delivered, without ever trying to overcharge me or sell me services or things that I don't need. Is very uncommon to find somebody that we can trust with our vehicles, an more uncommon still, honest service. These services at this location fulfill those requirements every time.

Purchased an Interstate battery for 2009 Genesis. Huge battery and not readily available everywhere. Big O to the rescue. Decent price and 5 year mgr warranty.

The store manager thought he had 2 of my tires on hand. But, he discovered he did not. He ordered them, had them delivered and installed with only about a 30-45 delay. Not bad!
