Was quick & very accommodating.

Last minute appointment was booked with ease. The person at the front desk was on point. Did not offer any unnecessary add-ons. The price was explained clearly. Small waiting area but it was neat.

Lashinda (sp?) was so incredibly helpful and welcoming. I will use Big O as my neighborhood repair center.

I was a walk-in and needed my tire patched. They were able to accommodate me and get it done on a weekend. Thank you

Every time I go in for whatever it might be the staff is very nice and friendly, especially Juan Chanelo and I think his name is Gabriel Jessus. I am not a fan of the prices I get charged but it is what it is. Once again clean, nice staff. Keep up the good work.

I took my car in to get all four tires replaced and have the alignment done. I made the appointment the night before and was able to select the tires I wanted so I knew roughly what my bill was going to be. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have the tires in the store but they sent out someone to their warehouse to pick them up for me. I had my two kids ages 3 and 18 months with me so we walked around to the many shops and eateries while we waited. We even walked to the library for their storytime. If you have to bring your kids, this is the place to go. We came back a little over 2 hours later and it still wasn't done. We waited another 20ish minutes and finally were ready to go. I'm understanding that a job like this takes a long time plus they didn't even have my requested tires in stock so although I was stressed out with the kids in the small office, I wasn't upset. Plus the manager knocked some money off the bill to account for the extra wait time. All in all a great experience for it being not the most appealing errand to run!

I dropped my truck off at 8am in the morning to get an oil change and tire rotated. I was asked if I wanted to wait for the vehicle and told them no, and that I would be back at noon to pick the vehicle up. I returned at 1pm and the vehicle was not done, thus 4 stars instead of 5.

the manager was very nice , and he told me ask toyota first if i had warranty before selling me a tire , since my car is new
