It is always a GREAT experience going to Big O Tires in Tustin. EVERYONE is a big help and very qualified. I always leave with such a great spirit and a renewed love for local businesses. They are 100% on top of everything at Big O. It is refreshing to meet professional leaders and workers.

Easy transaction, no pressure

I wish to commend your associate David for his excellent customer service. My wife and I were going on an extended vacation in April and wanted to check the tire inflation on our car before leaving. We made our request know to David and he did not hesitate to fulfill our request; and would you believe it, at no cost to us! As a result of his tire skills and customer service fulfillment, we will not hesitate to have all our automotive needs performed at the Tustin Big O Tire location in the future. Again please thank David for us!

They fixed what pep boys messed up on and gave me a much better price and with all the work my car needed done I thought it would take more than a day but it was all done same day.

This store works well with everyone that comes and does reassure me with all the answers they give on my questions. They even make some of the best suggestions on what needs to be done to keep it running as well as it does.

I went in for a simple patch due to a nail in my tire (total of $24). I was treated like I was going to spend $3000 with them, very polite. They put my spare back on, and filled all my tires with air. The on-site manager was VERY polite and customer service oriented. Would definitely go back.

Got everything I needed with no fuzz and service was great from the time I left my truck to the time I drove away in it.

Went for oil change and tire rotation. They did a good job.

Took car in without appointment for tire rotation and balance (new purchase of tires 6 months ago). Asked for vehicle to be checked out since driving out of state for 30 days, was accommodated without issue, serious issue found with loose strut bolt causing "clunk" sound on speed bumps. Repair options were given, best to better, with probable outcomes given, no "danger scare" to pressure sale. Repair path chosen, price given and repair was expected to be completed that day, highly satisfied with experience so far. Called that evening with repair completed, for price quoted and the service rep also stated that since the transmission rebuild completed 7 mos ago by another shop included motor and trans mounts, and that the struts would have been unbolted for trans r & r, he had the mechanic check the mount bolts and other side strut bolts for tightness no charge! Highly satisfied with this Bog O Tires experience.

These guys are great! Sold me tiress at a good price matching the Costco price then put on my new tires in less than 30 minutes! Awesome job and nice guys too!

This location was able to squeeze me in after another location did not order the tires that I needed. They were very busy and still made time for my service needs. Great customer service.

My service experience was excellent the staff and manager Roger are knowledgeable and so courteous. For these reasons I trust and I will return to Big O Tires in Tustin for my vehicle's maintenance.

From initial conversation with Juan he was Able to explain to me all of my options and had knowledge of the tires I needed for my vehicle with out making me feel that I had to go with a a particular brand or price point he also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy we waited till my car was ready

I became a Big O customer in August of 2015. I bought four new tires and had my Lexus serviced. Despite being very busy, they were courteous and did a good job. I went there a few months later because my glove compartment got somehow disconnected and I couldn't fix it. Dave walked to my car and offered to fix it on the spot, which he did in 10 minutes and didn't charge me. I really appreciated that!

Juan was very helpful and I felt that I could trust their expertise.
