Big O Tires

I brought my car in for a power steering problem. Lots of parts were needed, but I am certain if I had taken to the dealership it would have cost me 3 times as much.I trust the mechanics at this shop.

the lead guy was great, found me in the system and explained services, etc.

The tech went above and beyond in completing the job. Difficult as I didn’t have the wheel lock wrench. These guy went into overdrive. Much thanks to Tustin Big O.

I have always been hesitant about taking my car in for service until I found Big O in Tustin. The manager and his crew always take great care of me and show me exactly what I need fixed at a great price. They are extremely helpful, patient with my questions and definitely a place I trust.

I have been coming to this location for years. The people are friendly and remember me when I come in. They always give me options of what I can do and explain what I need.

This is my first review of this Tustin big O but I have been going here for more then 6 years. I have always received great service here. The staff is very kind and engaging, customer service is top notch. I had new tires put on, and alignment, a cabin filter replacement, and windshield wipers replaced as well as they fixed my clogged wipers. It was very quick for the amount of work they had to do. And this was on Xmas eve. Very impressed with this location! I would recommend them to everyone.

The lady at the service counter was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. She located tires quickly for me and was able to have the work done that day.
