Big O Tires

Since I have moved to Tustin I always go to Big O Tires for all my car needs. They are always super friendly and always go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Staff went above and beyond for me when my tire blew out with my newborn baby. I reached out to several other local tire shops and none of them were able to help me as fast as I needed. The staff at big O took care of everything and made a stressful event , less stressful. Thank you, especially to the female working up front who’s name I forgot !

The manager of this location in Tustin on First Street was non stop working and problem solving. AND he keep calm and was so personal with each client he encountered. He took on as much service as the shop could accommodate and booked till blowing. I was most impressed with each employee and the facile was clean.

This store is up to date on my car and people are surprised at the motor condition and how it runs. I have a habit of telling all the good aspects on the manager and service people. To me this is one of the best stores and they encourage people is how to take care of cars and other things

The service was crisp in execution and exhausitve in documentation. I like the tires' nitrogen inflation (low permeability) rather than air. The coffee area TV hosted a "Friends" marathon. One could do better.

I take my car here for everything from new tires to oil changes. They are always professional and I feel they reccommend only want is needed to keep my car in top working order and nothing extra. I actually trust that they have my best interests in mind and not just to make quotas.

Great attitude and very professional and honest. My car had a bad alignment and they did a fantastic job on it.

I needed tires on Christmas Eve. Called them, brought my car in within 2 hours the car was done. They had to go pick up the tires too. The entire staff was amazing. Will refer them to everyone!!!

I was so concerned about my car!!! I don’t know anything about cars so pulling up to Big O tires I was worried u I would get hassled. I got greeted right away. They took a look at my car told me they could fix it didn’t take long for my car to be ready!!! They took care of the problem and all the stress I was going through. Thank you sooo much guys!!!! I recommend Big O tires to everyone especially if your a female who knows nothing about cars. They will help you and not hassle you like other places.

I am so glad I came to Big O Tires Tustin location on Wednesday morning at 7:00 a.m. May 16, 2018. The service manager Mr Rogert provided me with one of the best customer services I ever had. Mr Rogert was punctual and opened on time, and once the job was done in my car, he called me back to pick it up. He is thoughtful, honest, sincere, responsible"� and a valuable hard worker. I will definitely come back to this store because of the great service I received, but there is no doubt that the service manager exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Big O tires for having professional staff working at your Tustin facility.

Juan the store manager was outstanding in every facet and because of him I will be a Big O Tire customer for life and will recommend all my family and friends.
