At first the price to change my oil seemed ridiculous, then it was I was reminded how price on everything has gone up 🤪 My wait time went by fast. Every time I’ve gone in I haven’t experienced a problem.

The service team was courteous and fair. I never felt that I am being overcharged. They gave me full details about the service. When I had some problems I was able to call them and they offered to fix it immediately. They stand by their commitment. A place you can go to with confidence. They are trustworthy.

I have communicated with Juan, and he is very knowledgeable with the repairs on my Altima (Nissan). We talked on phone regarding repairs and he was very informative in explaining to me what needs to be done. He quoted me price that was friendly to my budget. Repairs were done in a timely manner. I got a flat on New Year's Day. Called AAA to have them put on the spare, then took my car to Big O first thing the next morning. Everyone was attentive and friendly, including the manager and the man who serviced my car. He said the hole could be easily repaired and still maintain the durability of the tire.he quickly repaired and aligned the tire. I thought the price reasonable. I would definitely use this store again and recommend it to others.

David and the staff have always taken great care of all the vehicles I have had issue with. They always addressed the issues with candor and honesty, never suggesting a service I did not need.
