Great customer service quick delivery of tires from warehouse to shop. Customer sales representative was very helpful explaining the warranty on the tires.

Have been to Big O Tires for my car service a few times! They are always Very friendly and helpfull!Adrian at the Tustin store is so Awesome!! She explained everything my car needed. I had a slow leak in a tire and had put off doing anything about it because I dreaded the thought of the experience. However, the folks at Big O in Tustin were so professional, and quick, that I was in and out in no time!! I highly recommend them. My husband, daughter and Father-in-law have also had great service there.

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Service technicians were also very nice and easy to work with.

Came in on a reminder, you reviewed the idiot light and also assured me on brakes that have been the originals from 2009

Customer service was very friendly and clearly explained the details of my visit. I came in with the appointment and I didn't have to wait to get the tires changed.

I was assisted by who I believed was the store manager, Alex. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable when speaking to me, but also to the gentleman in front of me and the other on the phone. Each person was given personal attention with an attempt to assist honestly. There wasn't any hard selling or pressure, this was a nice change. The young man that fixed my tire was equally as polite when he let me know he was done working on my Jeep as he walked past me outside. I do not live in Tustin any longer, but I will surely travel the 15 miles to bring my 2015 Jeep or my husband's 2015 Dodge Dart in when service is needed. Please thank you team for me! This is my go-to garage for batteries, tires, brakes, alignment, oil changes, etc. I trust this shop will only do what is needed to keep my car in top running condition. Any work I have them complete is done right the first time.

La Shanda is amazing . I recieved such great service from her at Tustin location. Best service. Friendly , Knowledgeable and made it easy . Good service is very rare these days she delivered.
