Employee who helped me was extremely friendly and professional. We never discussed the cost which I blame on myself. I should have asked.

Customer service was very cordial and upbeat. I know many places like this can be a rut for the employees, but I was treated with a smile and good vibes. They gave me a fair estimate of time-to-completion and it was spot on. Wheel alignment made all the difference.

Awesome service. Took 4 tires from them in 2017 and today (June 2019) they fixed my two flat tires for FREE. Also they completed the work in 1 hour against 2 hours commitment. What else you need??? Thanks a lot BOT!!!

My brakes had been serviced the day before by Firestone. The result was not good, the brake pedal was mushy and went nearly to the floor. Big O fixed the problem and got me on my way. Thanks

I have been coming to Big O for my auto services for a couple of years. My son and partner get their cars repaired here too. The service is excellent. The guys are so friendly and they do not do any service to my car that is unnecessary. They have found issues with my tires that no one else has seen and have made the repairs as a courtesy. If there are available discounts, they always let me know and point me to the best services at the lowest prices for the highest quality.

The staff were extremely professional! I needed to remove my husbands wheelchair from my car before leaving the car to have a nail in my tire removed. One of the staff saw the wheelchair as I opened the back of my SUV and came over immediately to say he would lift the wheelchair out for me! This is the first time anyone had offered their help when they have seen me trying to lift this out of my car! I was so impressed and appreciative for his help!

I had a bed hole in my driver side tire the manager came to meet me we weren't sure it could be fixed but they got it up on the rack and were able to patch it up I was very thankful and they did a great job I highly recommend this crew in this store
