The work took a little longer than expected, but it was well worth it. I was getting a little skeptical of returning because of delays but our salesperson or sales manager made me feel we could continue to trust your store. I recently wrote a review under our son Roark's name and I believe I can continue to stand by your store and recommend your services. I would like to give Honorable Mention to the mechanic (Duane?) who seemed to very competent as well. I have trouble remembering names recently and I apologize for not mentioning the name of who helped us (George?).

I usually go to the one in San Clemente, but was in the Tustin area. These guys know service and know how to communicate, They got there act together. David the service manager was awesome! San Clemente store needs to cross train there staff members, especially when there is no manager on site. Send over to this location so they can teach them the ways. Going to start sending my fleet to this location. Keep up the good work.

Everyone at the shop was really nice! My only complaint is it took me a while to find this tire as it was out of stock at your locations and I had to wait like a month. Turns out I was told I got the last set in the warehouse. Lucky me!

Service here is top notch. Have had them work on my car several times. But this last time was a Great Pleasure working with the new manager JOSHUA. I had several issues with my car that needs it to be resolve soon. Long story short, upon picking up my car the price was exactly what he had quoted, the repair was done properly. One of the biggest things I wanted to note however is the customer service. It is great!!! They were a great support in searching through priorities for the repairs of my car, including the technician who did the repair. The guys that work here are always friendly, have a smile on, and are happy to answer questions. These are truly the first mechanics I've trusted fully in Tustin. Special shout-out to Joshua at the front desk, who was awesome and guided me through everything

Listened to what I felt were the issues when I left the car. Afterwards they called me and confirmed the work they recommended be done. When I picked up the car they reviewed the work completed and took a test drive with me. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Juan was extremely informative and friendly. I didn’t catch the name of the two younger gentleman who changed my tire but they did an amazing job. And it only took 15 minutes of waiting! Super awesome!
