Some shock absorbers that Big O had installed seemed noisy. When I brought the car back and asked about them the BIG O mechanic diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty shock. The warranty covered the repair. It is perfect now.

I like the option you give your customers to offer a complimentary uber ride. I think that is very valuable. Also, i was able to get the car back in the same day after dropping off around 1330p
