I love the new BF Goodrich g-force AS tires that I bought from you. They ride great and are quieter than the old tires. I bought the protection plan and will bring it in every 5000 miles and also get an oil change at the same time. Hope you stay in this area.

I've been going here for years. I have an older car. Recently I had a wheel hub issue. David greeted me before I was even out of the car. The problem was fixed in two hours. And their prices are fair.

I have been going to Big O tires for many years. I sincerely feel that the Tarzana store should be used as a customer service model for all other stores. I feel like they have combined small town personal attention with big city streamlined efficiency. They remember my name and my car, they explain the issues I'm having in a language I can understand- even demonstrating it at times, and they get the work done quickly and efficiently. While it is never fun to spend money on car repairs, at least at Big O, I feel that the money is well spent.

I have a 'Performance' car, and could not find a place in the Valley who would even look at my car.David at BigO times not only looked at it, he was eager to fix it.David is very well versed in any type of car.I had a clutch replaced, and without hesitation offered me a few choices, with details on each type. I was also having problems with my Super Charger, which David was able to easily fix as well. The next day, I found the linkage was a bit rough and hard to shift.I brought it back in and David pulled it, worked on it, and it is working great - No Charge.

I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto care.

I called Big O Tires late Saturday morning to see if I could come by around 3pm to get a service and get the brakes checked. The owner Dave asked if I could get there a little earlier as they close at 5pm, and if the brakes needed to be done, then there might not be enough time. I got there 2.30 and the front brakes needed to be changed and the rotors turned. The back brakes were fine after they inspected them, and Dave and crew serviced the car, fixed the brakes and had me on the road again by 4.30. At this location they are extremely helpful and have exceptional customer service. I'm very happy with the work that was done, and will definitely recommend Big O Tires Tarzana to my friends and family.

Outstanding service and price spot on. Will be returning for shocks on my jeep very soon.

I think I've been going to Big O' Tires in Reseda for almost 20 years now. The service reminds me of my dad's gas station back in Iowa. Seriously, 5 cars later, I'm still getting my work done there.
