Big O Tires

I've been going to this Big O Tires for a few years now and they always provide a great, no pressure, safety and value minded approach to getting your car serviced. Last time there I got tires and an oil change in under 40 min! that's unheard of in Los Angeles.

I genuinely trust these guys to help me prolong the life of my car! Also very professional and good communicators. Will be a repeat customer until I move away from Los Angeles in a decade.

I came in today to have a slow leak repaired on a tire I had bought at another location. There were no questions asked, no time was wasted, no BS, just service at a very high level. They pulled my tire, found a nail, repaired the tire, put it back on my car and replaced all my valve stem caps inside of 20 minutes and I was on my way! Finding this kind of service in today's day and age in LA is remarkable! I will be back and I recommend this location to anyone. Incredible service!

Staff was professional and very straight forward about work that needed to be done on my car. Staff was also willing to work with my budget to get the work done so I would be able to continue driving safely. Will always come back for all service and maintenance needs!

I trust David...he has been servicing my 325i for the last 16 years. If there was ever an issue, all I have to do is bring my car back and he resolves it...no questions asked.

I love the new BF Goodrich g-force AS tires that I bought from you. They ride great and are quieter than the old tires. I bought the protection plan and will bring it in every 5000 miles and also get an oil change at the same time. Hope you stay in this area.

Freddy greeted me when I pulled up. he got me signed in quickly. The next call i got was the car was diagnosed and already wrapping up the repairs. The was worked on and returned w/in one business day. that's great!

I came there two days ago because I have to change my tires in my truck They been excellent less than hour they put two new tires and do just edges the four wills

I've been going here for years. I have an older car. Recently I had a wheel hub issue. David greeted me before I was even out of the car. The problem was fixed in two hours. And their prices are fair.

Freddy was helpful and once I arrived at the location they took care of me right away They offer Me to sit inside Where everything was sanitized and clean overall great experience

I have been a loyal client for at least 8 years because David and his crew are amazing! My Jeep Cherokee has over 160K miles due to the fact David has taken such good care of my car. Their prices are very reasonable and I know I am not getting ripped off for false charges or labor fees. This is the only auto shop I will go to or refer my friends to.

A different Big O referred me to this location 20 years ago when I had to buy a tire during a trip. David Laski and his brother Evan have been wonderful for each year and for all four of the cars I’ve owned and taken to them. Friendly, curtious, knowledgeable and remember my name even if it’s been a few years.

I have been going to Big O tires for many years. I sincerely feel that the Tarzana store should be used as a customer service model for all other stores. I feel like they have combined small town personal attention with big city streamlined efficiency. They remember my name and my car, they explain the issues I'm having in a language I can understand- even demonstrating it at times, and they get the work done quickly and efficiently. While it is never fun to spend money on car repairs, at least at Big O, I feel that the money is well spent.

David and his team provide excellent service.

I have a 'Performance' car, and could not find a place in the Valley who would even look at my car.David at BigO times not only looked at it, he was eager to fix it.David is very well versed in any type of car.I had a clutch replaced, and without hesitation offered me a few choices, with details on each type. I was also having problems with my Super Charger, which David was able to easily fix as well. The next day, I found the linkage was a bit rough and hard to shift.I brought it back in and David pulled it, worked on it, and it is working great - No Charge.
