VERY GOOD SERVICE

We realized we had a nail in our tire and by the time we called to make an appointment, come down to get the tires only 2 hours had passed and we ended up with 4 high quality tires for 25% less than we paid at the dealer.

I came in because I'd run over a stepladder someone had abandoned in the middle of the road on my way to work the previous day -- I couldn't avoid going over it. I stopped in to Big O and asked if my car could be examined to see if the underside had been damaged. Big O called when they had it up on the lift & my husband was told that a part needed replacement due to damage caused by going over the stepladder. That part was replaced and I had my car back by the end of the day, so I was very pleased that my car was evaluated, worked on & completed on Saturday, which is one of the busiest times for Big O.

Jesus is THE BEST! There are other auto shops near my house I could go to but I only ever come to this specific Big O since I always have an amazing experience!

I needed a set of stock tires for my 2015 Chev Truck. I was provided good info no up-sale pressure . Great service out the door in under an hour. Friendly staff thx.

There was only one person working the front desk when there were numerous customers... so there was clearly an understaffing. That said, the gentleman did an excellent job at trying to ensure that all customers were acknowledged and would be taken care of.

Great customer service and thorough. Provided me estimate time of when my car would be done and communicated the whole way.

I took my Chevy Silverado 1500 because I had a minor dent in the front that was interfering with my left side tire and these guys did an amazing job!!!! I am so thankful! They removed my bumper which was what I was going to do and I am so happy they did it! I highly recommend this tire center. Outstanding service!!!
