This was my first visit to Big O Tires, and I will be back! The staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and were super clear on pricing.

I came in thinking I had a leaking tire. They removed the tire, did a water test and told me my tire was not leaking and I did not owe them anything. I really appreciate the honesty and all of the hard work they did with no charge! Wow

The Pacific Beach Big O store has always taken care of me over the years with terrific customer service.

It’s located in pacific beach and I was able to walk by the water while I waiting for the service to be completed. The people who helped me weren’t especially pleasant but they weren’t the worst either
