Big O Tires

I got there for tire balance and they said I need tire alignment too because its way off, and after they finished the job the car is worse than before and I looked at the report and ... what a surprise when I saw the same values before the alignment and after ( so they didnt do anything just took my money) Before my car was shaking at 70 mph and now is shaking from 60 to 85mph What a greatjob they did !!!!

I walked in at approximately 11:30 on a Saturday to rotate and balance all four tires and check alignment. The team completed it all in about 90 minutes. Because I bought the tires and tire package from Big O, there was no charge for the service.

Mike was amazing. He explained everything that they did to my car. Recommended checking on some stuff on my next visit and even gave me a quote for new tires which I might need soon. The guy that fixed my car was also very helpful and he usually helps me to put air on my tired between visits

Tires were not in stock, but they got them very quickly and put them on. It was only three hours but between the time I dropped off my truck and picked it up.
